Welcome to Nepal Moto Tours. By booking a tour, renting a motorcycle, or using any services provided by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all services including guided motorcycle tours, self-guided tours, motorcycle rentals, and custom travel packages.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Process

To confirm your booking, you must submit the booking form, receive confirmation from our team, and pay the required deposit.

2.2 Deposit & Final Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made 30–60 days before the trip start date.
  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 60+ days before trip: Refund minus deposit.
  • 60–30 days before trip: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund.

No refunds are provided for late arrivals, leaving the tour early, or missed activities.

4. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

All clients must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, motorcycle riding, and emergency evacuation (helicopter rescue).

5. Rider Requirements

To ride a motorcycle with us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle license.
  • Have an International Driving Permit (IDP).
  • Have prior riding experience (recommended minimum 1 year).

6. Motorcycle Usage & Damage

Riders are responsible for any damage to the motorcycle and third-party property. While minor wear and tear is acceptable, major damages must be paid for by the rider. A security deposit may apply for rentals.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we may offer trip credit or rescheduling.

8. Assumption of Risk

Motorcycle travel in Nepal involves inherent risks including road hazards, altitude sickness, and accidents. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Nepal Moto Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Nepal courts.
