Activities: Scenic ride, explore Lumbini.
Begin your journey with an early morning departure from Kathmandu. Ride along with the traffic on both sides of the congested highways, on the Trisuli and Marsyangdi river banks. Pass through Chitwan, where the country side changes to the lowland Tarai area. After a long but scenic ride, arrive in Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha.

Accommodation: Hotel in Kohalpur
Activities: Visit Lumbini Garden, scenic ride through Terai.
Begin the day by visiting the sacred Lumbini Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And keep riding towards Kohalpur, on the wide streets of the Tarai area. Enjoy views of small towns and villages as you approach Kohalpur.

Distance: Guesthouse in Manma.
Activities: Enter Karnali region, and ride challenging narrow roads.
Today's outing is the start of your trek in the Karnali area. The streets get narrower and more rough, requiring careful and skilled riding. Stay overnight in Manma, the district center of Kalikot district.
